Ona Bartroli is an award-winning editor from Spain, based in London. She has edited films that have been shortlisted for Student BAFTAS LA, nominated for a Gaudi, preselected for the Goyas and BIFA, received the Jury Prize at SundaceTV, and premiered at Hot Docs, Aesthetica, Sitges, and other notable festivals. Her documentary and TV series work has also been broadcast on BBC Scotland and TV3 (Catalunya) and her fiction feature debut was screened at the Festival de Malaga. She is a graduate of the National Film and Television School (NFTS) and Escola Superior de Cinema I Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC). Worked also for BFI ,The Guardian and Vice.
Ona is drawn by independent authorial films with a strong subject matter, she is an editor that enjoys embracing unique voices in filmmaking.
Ona is experienced with Avid, Premiere, Final Cut, and After Effects.
